House of Samadhi Online Studio is a warm and grounded sanctuary created to support anyone who feels called to begin—or return to—their yoga journey. My mission is to offer an accessible, soothing space where you can move gently, breathe deeply, and rediscover the wisdom already living within you.

Here, yoga is more than shapes. It’s a mindful, nourishing practice that invites you to slow down, settle into your body, and explore the deeper layers of awareness that bring you home to yourself. Through intentional movement, breathwork, and grounded guidance, I hold space for you to build confidence, cultivate presence, and grow at a pace that feels safe and authentic.

House of Samadhi is designed for all levels - from beginners to experienced practitioners. No previous experience is required. Come as you are, wherever you are!
You'll need:
  • A device with internet access (computer, tablet, or phone)

  • Comfortable clothes for moving

  • A yoga mat is recommended

  • Optional items to enhance comfort can be used, such as blocks, strap, bolster, blanket or pillow.

All members can access the on-demand library at any time. Classes are organized by style and level, so you can choose exactly what fits your practice. Watch at your own pace, repeat sessions, and build a consistent routine from home.
